New to Autism?

If you’re new to autism as an adult, take a breath—you don’t have to figure everything out today. Many people discover their neurotype later in life. We’ll point you to clear, respectful information and friendly spaces where you can ask questions at your own pace.

Autism 101

On our site, we address a common misconception directly: autism isn’t a “disease” to cure. We treat it as a lifelong neurotype and focus on dignity, support, and community.
